We create an online personal video workout just for you to access anytime, anywhere. Personal video workouts are divided into 3 fitness levels Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. Personal video workouts are specially designed total body workouts that include upper body, lower body, and core training. Your workout, depending upon fitness level, intervals are all timed: per exercise up to 30 seconds (Novice), 30 to 90 seconds (Inter.), and 90 seconds plus for (Advanced) routines! HIIT2.com workouts range from 10-30 minutes and all workouts are done continuous. You can also choose the type of exercise equipment you want to use or already have at home. Exercise equipment is optional we create intense workouts without any equipment.

We create a digital, audio workout for you to download and/or listen to your workout at gym, home, work, park, or where ever you may travel.
